‌Achieve renewed confidence with Pearly Penile Papules (PPPs) removal at our Harley Street clinic in London, where we utilise the globally acclaimed SmartXide Touch CO2 Laser by DEKA and the expertise of our Urology surgeon, Mr Richard Viney. Pearly Penile Papules, often appearing on the penis’s head and glans, show white, yellow, or skin-coloured small domed shaped lesions. While benign, these papules can be alarming to look at, prompting many to seek non-invasive cosmetic removal. Frequently mistaken for sexually transmitted infections, PPPs can cause anxiety and hinder sexual relationships, despite being non-contagious and painless. They may also cause some discomfort to the area and rubbing when wearing tight underpants. Although the lesions may fade over time, complete disappearance is unlikely.

To ensure an accurate diagnosis, a medical consultation with our experienced Urologist, specialising in male intimate areas, is essential. We prioritise your comfort, offering assessments and patch tests during the consultation to determine treatment suitability. Our clinic uses the safest and most advanced equipment for delicate lesion removal. At your consultation we will discuss your concerns, examine the area and provide you with the best treatment protocol. At Eve Clinics, we offer a discreet service with our male doctor.

The cause of PPPs remains unknown, affecting uncircumcised men, regardless of hygiene practices. Treatment options include surgical removal, cryosurgery, topical solutions, medication, radiosurgery, and CO2 laser. The latter stands out for its precision, leaving healthy skin unharmed and boasting an excellent safety record. The CO2 laser works by applying a micro injury to the skin and removing the thin outer layer (epidermis). It also heats the underlying skin (dermis) to stimulate the production of new collagen fibers. As the skin repairs itself, it will reveal clearer and smoother skin without imperfections.

Patients benefit from a comprehensive consultation, where our Urologist, with decades of male intimate area expertise, assesses your medical history and conducts patch tests. The session, lasting up to 20 minutes and facilitated by numbing cream for comfort, efficiently targets lesions, often requiring just one treatment for effective removal. The CO2 laser’s ability to stimulate collagen production without causing bleeding ensures a quick, pain-free procedure. The advanced technology minimises the risk of hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. While rare, patients with an aggressive condition may discuss the possibility of additional sessions during their consultation for optimal and long-lasting results. Trust Eve Clinics on Harley Street for the best cosmetic removal of Pearly Penile Papules.

Following treatment, the area may be a little sensitive but we will ensure you are provided with the best aftercare advice.
