Chris is responsible for the operational running and technology at Eve Clinics, supporting teams in Leamington Spa and Harley Street, London. His remit covers booking and communication platforms, the website and integrations, data accuracy, reception workflows, and supplier coordination.
Chris works closely with front-of-house and practitioners to keep patient journeys smooth from enquiry to follow-up. He leads staff onboarding for clinic systems and helps set service standards, documentation, and practical processes that keep the clinics organised and welcoming.
Chris does not undertake clinical duties. His focus is dependable systems, clear information for patients, and consistent day-to-day operations so the clinical team can concentrate on treatment.
